How it Works: Ordering An Habesha Kemis (Ethiopian/Eritrean Dress)

When you order through my site or in person, you can send me your measurements, or I can take them in person (depending on your location). You can order styles that are available online or we can make a dress that is customized for you – based on your desire. The dress is mailed from Ethiopia through DHL. It typically takes 10 days to receive the dress. Custom orders will take 14 days.

If you’re wondering about the price of the dresses, they are priced on the high end because materials are hard to find. Dresses are also handmade and there are several people to pay from the teller to the designer. Shipping costs are also factored into the price.
